2010 OTC Costs Student Tuition: $200 Lodging and Meal packages are separate and required. Meal packages are paid per person. Meal packages are required by the hotel to offset the inexpensive room rate they have offered your team.
Hotel arrangements are made by the director and are not included in the Student Tuition. Hotel rates are shown below with hotel information. Lodging at the Host Hotel is required. |

Registration Instructions for OTC and SOAR |
- Complete our online registration form. Follow the procedure as prompted, completing all blanks.
- Contact OTC hotel to secure reservation. (numbers listed below)
- Complete Online Rooming List or fax a completed OTC Rooming List and fax to hotel and to HTEDance at (210)340-2315.
- Print and duplicate Medical Release Form, distribute to each participant, and bring completed, signed forms to camp.
- Print and complete OTC Director Pre- Order Form and fax to HTEDance at (210)340-2315 by May 15.
- Print and duplicate the Student
Information Sheet, What To Bring to OTC, and Student Schedule, then distribute to each
participant, and bring them to camp.
- Camper Care Catalogs are due back to us by June 5th. You can also place these orders online. Online ordering is available in May.
- Mail hotel payment to appropriate hotel.
